Our local teachers and educators give so much to their students — and often spend their own money to make sure their classrooms have what they need.

This September, Macaroni KID Chambersburg is inviting our community to come together for a Clear the List Community Challenge.

Our goal is simple:

Help meet as many local classroom needs as possible by September 30.

📅 Important Dates

• Teacher wish-list submissions are open now
• Approved lists will be added on a rolling basis
• The community challenge runs through September 30
• Check back often — new teacher lists may be added throughout the month

🍎 Teachers & Educators: Submit Your List

Teachers and educators serving students within the Macaroni KID Chambersburg territory are invited to submit a public classroom wish list.

This may include educators working in:

• Public schools
• Private or Christian schools
• Preschools and early-learning programs
• Special education
• School libraries
• Counseling or student-support roles
• Homeschool co-ops or group-learning programs
• Other eligible local educational programs

Before submitting, please:

• Make sure your wish list is publicly viewable
• Check that your shipping preferences are set correctly through the retailer
• Remove any personal information you do not want shared publicly
• Submit your own classroom/program list or one you have permission to share

• Help make a bigger dent in one classroom’s list
• Share this page with friends and family

There is no minimum contribution. Small items can make a big difference when a community works together.

Once teacher lists begin appearing above, simply choose a classroom and shop directly from the educator’s wish list.

You might help with:

• Pencils and markers
• Tissues and cleaning supplies
• Books
• Art supplies
• Classroom organization
• Snacks
• Learning materials
• Other teacher-requested items

You do not have to clear an entire list yourself.

If many local families each purchase just one item, together we can make a meaningful difference.

🏢 Local Businesses, Churches & Organizations: Join the Challenge

Local businesses and community organizations are invited to participate too.

You can:

• “Adopt” a teacher or classroom
• Purchase several items from one wish list
• Support multiple classrooms
• Invite your employees or members to participate
• Share the campaign with your customers or followers
• Challenge another local business or organization to join in
